Biz Mitra is Baideac's desktop app for your Business needs. It gives business owners and their teams a dedicated, native window for the Business Receptionist admin panel along with all subscribed agents on macOS, Windows and Linux, so managing your business on Baideac is no longer means hunting for a browser tab.
Setup takes one step: paste your license key the first time you open Biz Mitra and it finds your account on its own. From then on, Biz Mitra opens straight into your admin panel. The key is stored encrypted with your operating system's keychain, and your sign-in is remembered.
Running more than one business? Add each license key as its own workspace and switch between them from the sidebar or with a keyboard shortcut. Every workspace keeps its own sign-in and data, completely separate from the others. Biz Mitra always loads the admin panel that matches your account with us, and it updates itself in the background, so you get every improvement without reinstalling.
